In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, compassionate care while guiding and mentoring bedside nurses. You will oversee daily clinical operations, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. As a key clinical resource, you will promote patient safety, drive quality improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and professional growth across the unit.
