Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• High School completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Hackensack Meridian Health.

Additional Details:

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Required Credentials: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.

Required Skills/Experience: - 1+ year of recent experience working as a licensed RRT required. - 1+ years of ICU experience required. - Previous experience with ventilators required.

Unit Details: - Provides respiratory care therapy for hospitalized patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies. - Intubation assistance, ventilator set-up and management. - Patient-specific disease education.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. - No on-call required.

Floating Requirements: - Must be willing to float to adult ICU areas, intermediate care, and basic intermediate care floor.

7 days maximum time off
