Gifted Healthcare seeks an experienced LTAC RN for a local position in Atlantic City, NJ. In this role, you will provide complex, long-term acute care to medically fragile adults, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, advanced wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
