As a Personal Lines Client Service Manager I, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. You’ll work closely with our Production team to lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals. Whether it’s securing existing business, driving the sale of additional services, or coordinating resources to address risk management needs, your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction and retention. You’ll also act as a trusted point of contact for clients, stepping in when Producers or Account Executives are unavailable.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing care and communication.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
  • Support Producers and Account Executives in managing client accounts.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by addressing their unique needs.

About You

  • You’ll hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (0+ years in client service or claims management) OR a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • You’ll hold a Producer’s License and use Microsoft Office tools proficiently.
  • You’ll take a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and engaging in consultative discussions.
  • You’ll explain complex issues in simple terms and work independently to achieve goals.
  • You’ll benefit from previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships, along with financial acumen (preferred but not required).

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
