Excellent opportunity exists for a Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. This is a physician-led group surrounded by excellent support, financial stability, and a focus on patient and provider wellness. Join a growing practice at our beautiful facility located on the campus of Banner Ironwood Medical Center. The clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures.

Mon-Fri with limited call (phone call consult only)
Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support provided
Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidates interest
Qualifications:

Seeking experienced physicians with 2+ years of clinical practice in primary care settings
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Banner Healths total compensation package includes:

Salary base plus incentives
Starting bonus & relocation assistance
PSLF and loan repayment of up to $100k
Paid CME and malpractice
