AccentCare, in partnership with Hanford Pharmaceuticals, seeks a Registered Nurse for hospice after-hours weekend coverage. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate end-of-life care, respond to urgent patient needs, and support families during critical moments. You will perform assessments, manage symptoms and medications, and collaborate closely with physicians and the hospice care team.
