RN Acute Care

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Acute Care Centralized Sitter Program. In this role, you will provide continuous observation and direct patient care for high-risk patients across acute care units. Responsibilities include monitoring for safety, assisting with ADLs, supporting mobility, and promptly escalating changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with the bedside care team, follow individualized care and safety plans, and document observations accurately.
