Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Outpatient physical therapy experience required
* Primary orthopedic experience required
Assignment Details
* Schedule: 5x8
* Patient volume: 10-12 patients per 8-hour day
