Skilled Nursing & Rehab Registered Nurse

Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care for residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver clinical care, complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support short-term rehab and long-term care residents. You will educate residents and families, document accurately, support quality and safety initiatives, and help foster a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement in a team-focused environment.
