Machine Operators - Manchester, TN

ResourceMFG is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Manchester, TN. We are seeking dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.48 - $17.48 per hour (based on shift)

Schedule: All Shifts Available

Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Fill hoppers and dryers with materials.
• Empty grinders and prepare materials for production.
• Pre-dry materials for upcoming jobs.
• Clean loaders, grinders, and equipment during mold and color changes.
• Ensure machines and auxiliary equipment are ready for startup.
• Maintain a clean and organized production and storage area.
• Move finished products to designated staging areas.
• Report safety, quality, and housekeeping concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and maintain a safe work area.
