Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. The UW Health Transplant Program offers kidney and live-donor kidney, pancreas, liver and live-donor liver, heart, lung, heart/lung, intestine, multiple organ, islet cell, and pediatric transplant services. Provide specialized care to post-transplant patients with a variety of conditions including kidney, pancreas, and liver transplants. Patient population includes renal transplant, pancreas transplant, liver transplants, auto renal transplants, and patients with past transplants needing medical attention for complications, rejection, or other medical issues. Empower patients through comprehensive education and support to help them navigate their transplant journey. Work with transplant recipients and living donors from all over the U.S. Collaborate closely with the transplant multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Supportive team environment.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
