Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehab care. In our inpatient rehabilitation setting, you’ll implement treatment plans designed by OTs, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and promote safety and independence. You’ll document progress, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on adaptive techniques.
