Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2700 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 years of Trauma Level 2 facility is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Boston Medical Center (BMC).

Additional Details:

Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years of recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility, NICU Level 3, and adult critical care are required.

Unit Details: Familiar with lung protective ventilation. Participation on Code Blue team. Able to make ventilator decisions based upon patient assessment and laboratory results.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• RRT-NPS (Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty) or the alternative certification RRT-ACCS

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
