Registered Nurse NICU

LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Level III/IV NICU. The RN provides family-centered care for critically ill and premature newborns, including assessment, medication administration, ventilator and line management, and evidence-based interventions. Collaborating with neonatologists and an interdisciplinary team, the nurse supports parents, educates families, and advocates for safe, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include care planning, use of EMR, adherence to infection control and NICU protocols, participation in quality and safety initiatives, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
