Placement Coordinator

Methodist Health System seeks a Patient Placement and Transfer Coordinator to manage safe, timely patient admissions, transfers, and discharges across our hospitals. In this role, you will assess clinical needs, coordinate with Emergency, ICU, and inpatient units, and optimize bed utilization to support quality, compassionate care. Working in a collaborative, inclusive culture grounded in integrity and accountability, you will use clinical judgment, bed management tools, and strong communication skills to ensure appropriate placement, support throughput, and enhance patient and provider experience.
