Full job description

Are you looking for a full-time job but want to choose your workdays? MyWorkChoice is hiring General Warehouse Associates at a Graphic Packaging facility in Marion, OH. With MyWorkChoice, you can get reliable hours and the flexibility to choose the shifts that fit your life - all from the app.

Your Shift:

  • Hours: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM
  • Days: Monday–Sunday (you choose your workdays in the app)
  • Pay: $17.50/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available through EarnIn)
  • Location: Graphic Packaging, Marion, OH

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep the line running – load cartons into machines, check for jams, and follow safety steps.
  • Stay active on the floor – this role involves standing, lifting, and bending repetitively throughout your shift.
  • Catch quality issues – pay close attention to detail to identify and flag defective items before they move down the line.
  • Handle materials – move pallets with a pallet jack, stack and break down cartons, and return unused supplies.
  • Support production – help with cleanup, quality checks, and other tasks to keep the team on track.
