LPN- 1:1 Home Care

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team, providing compassionate care for pediatric and adult clients in home care setting across Long Island.
 

Pay:

• $35/hour - paid every Friday's

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments

• Monitor and document patient health status and communicate changes promptly

• Support clients with activities of daily living while maintaining their comfort and dignity

• Collaborate with families and the care team to implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

• Current New York State LPN license

• 6+ months of experience

• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

• Physical exam within the past year

• QuantiFERON within the past year

• MMR Titers within the past ten years
