We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst Intern with a background in food quality and logistics to join our dynamic team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in supply chain operations, focusing on inventory management, logistics optimization, and ensuring food quality standards are met across the supply chain.

Supply Chain Responsibilities & Job Duties
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
Generate reports on logistics performance, food quality metrics, and inventory levels.
Support the planning and execution of efficient logistics strategies, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Help evaluate and improve transportation routes and delivery schedules to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Assist in monitoring supplier performance related to food safety and quality.
Assist in tracking and forecasting inventory levels to minimize waste and avoid stockouts.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment.
Identify areas for process improvement within supply chain operations and recommend solutions.

Requirements
Must be able to start May 24th, 2027 and complete the entire 10 week program
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics Management or a related field
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, Excel, and/or supply chain management software.
Food quality and safety knowledge is essential, with understanding of HACCP, GMP, or other food safety regulations.
Basic understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve.
Able to work in our Greenfield facility 5 days a week and travel to the Echo Chicago headquarters as needed
