Location: Erie, Pennsylvania
Facility: AHN
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: On-going, 2wks/mo. rotations
We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist to provide PRN locum coverage at a leading health system in Erie, PA. This role supports a backfill/bench provider need and complements an existing locum physician. The ideal candidate will be available for ongoing coverage every other week and committed to delivering high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Clinical Details
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm (8-hour day with 1-hour lunch)
1 day in office, remaining days in hospital/EP Lab
Call: None
EMR: Epic
Volume:
Office: 19 patients/day
Hospital: 8 10 patients/day
Procedures:
Atrial fibrillation/flutter ablations
Pacemaker & ICD implantation
SVT ablations
Tilt table testing
Biventricular device management
EP Lab staff
Medical Assistant & Nurse in office
APPs for consults, admissions, and discharges
Board Certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology
Active DEA
ACLS & BLS certifications
Will accept IMLC licensure candidates
Minimum commitment: 1 week/month
Hospital privileging: days
