ED Float Pool Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking an experienced ED Float Pool Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care across multiple facilities in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. In this role, you will assess, triage, and stabilize patients with diverse acute and critical conditions, administer medications, perform IV therapy, and assist with diagnostic procedures. You will adapt quickly to different ED environments, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and follow evidence-based protocols.
