RN Manager Patient Throughput

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Manager of Patient Throughput to optimize patient flow and bed utilization across our hospital. In this leadership role, you will oversee admission, transfer, and discharge coordination to ensure safe, efficient patient placement and reduced wait times. Responsibilities include supervising throughput and clinical staff, monitoring capacity dashboards, partnering with nursing units, physicians, and ED leaders, and resolving bottlenecks in real time. You will use data to drive process improvements, promote patient-centered care, support regulatory and safety standards, and mentor team members in a culture of collaboration and excellence.
