The Inside Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, crosssell
and up-sell of new opportunities.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage incoming leads from D&B’s Chat feature on the company website, ensuring a
seamless transition from lead to client engagementBe able to conduct a needs-based assessment and transition to the customer’s needs to the best product
and solutionsProvide customized solutions based on the unique requirements of the prospect, ensuring alignment with
their goals and objectivesGrow the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunitiesMaintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning and forecasting.Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectivesObserve and adhere to all compliance policies, trainings, and procedures while interacting and selling to
customers. (Product training, coaching, timecard, and self-assessment, etc.)Additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Education Preferred/Required Years of Relevant ExperienceAssociate's Degree Required 4 to 6 yearsBachelor's Degree Preferred
