Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst Center Lead to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NJ. As a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, we are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and successful experience for children with Autism and their families. This leadership role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by guiding our team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Assistant Behavior Analysts (ABAs) to deliver exceptional patient care

• Develop and implement center-based treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ABA therapy standards and protocols

• Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and successful outcomes

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure treatment plans are effective and tailored to individual needs

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to maintain expert knowledge and leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
