• Provide comprehensive medical care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Evaluate patients through medical history, examinations, and diagnostic interpretation

• MD or DO degree
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Eligibility to maintain hospital privileges
