RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor (Days)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

  • Current, active, and unrestricted North Carolina RN or LPN License

  • Current CPR Certification

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care.

  • Administer medications , perform assessments , provide wound care , and complete accurate clinical documentation.

  • Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly notify physicians of any significant changes.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident care.

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on quality care and resident satisfaction.
