Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical issues. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and train patients and families in adaptive techniques. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and support safe discharges.
