Customer Service Representative (CSR)

?? Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our warehouse and transportation operations. The CSR will serve as a key point of contact between drivers, carriers, and the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Previous Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience required
Experience working with drivers and carrier communication
Ability to check drivers in and out accurately
Experience printing and processing shipping documents for LTL and truckload carriers
Strong email and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
