Full job description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Cedar Rapids, IA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing setting regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role supports a busy rehab and transitional care unit and offers exposure to long-term and post-acute care practice.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Iowa Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or transitional care settings preferred. Experience with Net Health and Clinicent preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations typical for traveler positions (generally around 82%–85%).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Familiarity with productivity-based performance metrics preferred.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care Unit). Electronic medical records systems used: Net Health and Clinicent. Position supports a busy rehab environment with productivity expectations for travelers.
