Operating Room RN

Novant Health seeks a compassionate Operating Room RN to provide safe, evidence-based care on day shifts in a high-acuity surgical environment. The OR RN will circulate and/or scrub for diverse procedures, perform thorough pre- and intraoperative assessments, ensure accurate counts and sterile technique, and coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams. This role emphasizes patient advocacy, clear communication, and adherence to safety and infection-prevention standards.
