Encompass Health seeks a caring, team-oriented Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based communication and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate adult patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver one-on-one and group therapy, and document progress using EMR systems. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery and safe discharge planning.
