SLP Therapy Team Leader

Encompass Health is seeking an SLP Therapy Team Leader to guide a speech-language pathology team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide advanced speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations and treatments while coordinating interdisciplinary care to support complex patient recovery after major illness or injury. You will mentor SLP staff, oversee caseloads and documentation quality, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, PT/OT, and case management.
