Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a patient-centered Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site role, you will verify and dispense medications, manage IV compounding, and perform medication reconciliation to ensure safe, effective therapy. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize pharmacotherapy, monitor for interactions, and adjust dosing. Additional responsibilities include patient counseling, staff education, and supporting medication safety and regulatory compliance in a high-quality, nurturing care environment.
