The Analyst Program within Real Estate Debt offers recent graduates a hands-on introduction to asset management through close collaboration with senior professionals. Over the two-year program, Analysts support investment activities across asset classes by building financial models, conducting valuations, drafting underwriting memos, and managing reporting for existing investments. The program begins with formal training and quickly transitions into live deal work, mentorship, and professional development through team building, networking, and learning sessions. Top performers may be considered for full-time roles upon completion.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in underwriting and analyzing potential acquisitions and originations, including cash flow projections.
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
Review legal documents and support the due diligence process.
Provide analytical and modeling support to senior teammates.
Engage in training, mentorship, and team-building activities.
Learn and apply approved technology and AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, and workflow efficiency while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or 1-year master’s degree with anticipated completion in Spring 2027.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Prior experience at a commercial bank, investment bank, or similar financial institution, or successful completion of a formal commercial credit training program, is a plus.
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from credible sources.
Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility, including a willingness to learn and responsibly use AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support research, analysis, communication, collaboration, and productivity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, transaction-focused team environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
