RN Acute Care Medical

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Acute Care Medical unit. In this role, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care to diverse adult populations with complex medical conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families. You will support quality and safety initiatives, use electronic health records, and precept or mentor as needed.
