Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities may include -
- Support production with troubleshooting and debug of electro-mechanical assemblies, working directly with technicians and design engineering personnel.
- Manually debug complex microwave assemblies and sub-assemblies in support of production and engineering prototyping efforts.
- Develop process improvements to improve quality, cost and schedule.
- Assist production team developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU's.
- Support systems engineering with debug and evaluation of system returns.
- Provides technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies in the MW factory.
- Feedback test process problems to engineering as necessary.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability in isolating electrical failures to root cause
- Proficient at interpreting engineering documentation including but not limited to schematics, assembly drawings, and component data sheets
- Familiarity with test equipment and calibration process
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of basic Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of RF and Microwave subassemblies
- Active Secret level U.S. security clearance
- Familiar with RF instrumentation (i.e. network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and signal sources), and the control of hardware through software interfaces (automated test sequence)
