Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25
This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Outpatient clinic coverage. Preferred schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. May consider Monday-Wednesday coverage with 10-hour shifts. Full-time coverage needed each month. No call required.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic located onsite at the hospital.
- Type of cases and required procedures: Hematology and Oncology patient management, infusion suite management, patient assessments, review and communication of lab results, in-basket management, and triage collaboration with the oncology navigator. No rounding required.
- Credentialing timeframe: Not specified.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified.
- Certifications required: Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) certification required (for NPs) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Licensure required: Active Oregon license required. Will consider providers willing to obtain an Oregon license. DEA required. Board Certified required.
