Job Highlights:
• Seeking a Board Certified Medical Director of Trauma-Critical Care to lead a high-performing team specializing in trauma, acute care surgery, and surgical critical care, working alongside physicians and APPs.
• 510-bed non-profit teaching hospital. Level II trauma center. Epic EMR with AI enhancements.
• Participate as a member of the clinical team while serving as Medical Director for the program. Leadership experience is required. Responsibilities include attending meetings, leading process improvement initiatives, managing staff scheduling and call, enforcing policies and procedures, supporting team engagement, and providing overall program oversight.
• Comprehensive HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail coverage, annual CME allowance, signing bonus, relocation assistance and more.
• Compensation - Hiring Range: $475,000 - $595,000
