Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation services to adults recovering from stroke, brain or spinal injury, orthopedic surgery, and other complex conditions. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, cognition, mobility, and safety. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and contribute to quality initiatives in a patient-centered, growth-focused environment.
