Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
PT licensure in West Virginia
Home health experience required

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40 hours per week
Productivity expectation: 30 points
No on-call or weekend requirement
Coverage area includes Wood and Wirt Counties
Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
