REGISTERED NURSE

As a Clinical Supervisor RN at Mercy, you will lead and support nursing teams in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing, monitor quality metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Mercy standards. Working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will guide complex patient care decisions, mentor and develop nursing staff, and champion evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
