Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-Time Position
  • Hours: Mondays-Friday 8:30-5:30 (dependent on business need)
    • Requires working every other weekend & every other holiday
  • Pay: $60,000-63,000/annually

  • Provides day to day direction to Dining Services staff.  Plans, assigns and directs work while providing continuous coaching and mentoring on standards and policies. 
  • Collaborates with the Dining Services General Manager to establish a standard staff schedule that adequately and cost efficiently staffs the kitchen and serving functions for daily operation. 
  • Oversees food service in their designated area of operation including but not limited to ensuring that all meals are served at the proper temperature and are attractive/appetizing when served. 
  • Conducts meet and greet sessions with all new residents. 
  • Provides training and mentoring to Dining Services staff. 
  • Acts as Manager on Duty as required.

  • 3 years culinary related management experience within the healthcare and/or senior living environment required. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
