Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities to promote mobility, safety, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
