Barnhart Energy Company, a sister company of Barnhart Crane and Rigging, is looking for Site Quality Managers to join our team.

Site Quality Manager: The Site Quality Manager implements quality control processes on a project level as necessary to meet quality standards regarding all aspects of project quality.

This is a travel position and requires relocation to a project site.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with hiring quality employees and then oversee training quality employees. Oversee personnel assigned to projects and provide project specific training in quality procedures and methodology. (one-community)
  • Implement inspection procedures and documentation for each process performed by the work crews in the field from start to finish of the project. (full-Commitment)
  • Provide feedback to the Project Engineer, Construction Managers, and Project Managers to continually revise and update QA processes through lessons learned, project expenses, and input from field personnel. (true- Craftsmanship)
  • Work with the project team to develop project-specific protocols, SOPs, and construction processes to comply. (high-Character)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to climb wind turbines
  • Must be available to travel 75%+
  • Must be able to work in hot and cold weather conditions
  • Must have 3+years of quality management experience
