Full job description
Wellstar Health System is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for our inpatient rehab team. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and case managers to ensure safe, patient-centered care and effective discharge planning. Document care accurately, educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to a culture of compassion, diversity, and continuous improvement.
