Job Description:

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes.

Schedule: PT 30 hours a week

  • Sunday 4p-10p

  • Tuesday 4p-10p

  • Wednesday 4p-10p

  • Friday 4p-10p

  • Saturday 4p-10p

Pay: $22.62/hour

If you have experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional, Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician, this role is for you!

About the Home: This three-family home in Manchester, NH provides support to 9 adult women

Responsibilities: The Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration

  • Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support

  • Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

  • Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events

  • Follow each individuals care plan

  • All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety

  • Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet

  • Other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Experience providing direct support or direct care (preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
