UCHealth is seeking a night-shift LPN for our Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit. In this fast-paced hospital setting, you will deliver bedside care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support admissions, transfers, and discharges. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care and education.
