Speech Language Therapist

Hybrid School Speech Language Pathologist role for a 36-week contract in Brownsburg, IN, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in the school setting

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school policies

• Support students' communication needs through innovative therapy techniques and report writing, with flexible hybrid arrangements

Qualifications:

• Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology

• Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent

• Valid school license and any additional certifications required by state or facility

• Minimum 1 year experience working in school settings

• Experience handling caseloads of 60-80 students

• Familiarity with report writing and hybrid work models

• Strong communication, organization, adaptability, and independent work skills

• Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility policies
