Flex Officer Team Lead

Wage: $24.00/ hour

Position Details: Responsible for supervising a team of 20-30 flex officers and 8 mobile supervisors to ensure effective coverage and high-quality service across assigned sites. You will handle key administrative tasks including payroll processing, scheduling, and tracking hours and assignments for your team. The position works closely with Account Managers to support site needs, resolve issues, and implement client-specific requirements. You will also be responsible for training, coaching, and developing your team to maintain compliance with company standards and promote strong performance.

Must have 2+ years of supervisory experience, 1 year management experience, security experience required including responsibility for payroll and staff training. Experience using common office applications such as Excel, Word, and Google Docs (or similar Microsoft/Google tools) is required. Driver certification required. Reliable transporation to areas: Dublin, New Albany, Millersport. Must have steel toe boots.
