Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst to join their team. As a OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the Order-to-Cash process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Schedule- Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Analyze order and payment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to order-to-cash processes.
