We are a busy and compassionate pediatric therapy practice offering OT, PT, ST and ABA services for children ages 0-21yrs. Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and staff. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to help keep our front office running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Handle patient check-in/check-out, insurance verifications, and basic billing tasks
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper records
  • Assist therapists and management with administrative needs
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office and waiting area
  • Handle email communications and supply ordering

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team player attitude
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
